Get the XWinWrap deb package from this site and install.

# gnome-terminal
# xwinwrap -ni -argb -fs -s -st -sp -a -nf -o .3 — /usr/lib/xscreensaver/flurry -root -window-id WID
.3 means screensaver’s transparency. It can be set 0 to 1.
