Duplicate Orchis-launcher on Ubuntu
Get apwal from synaptic.
Set applications which you want to launch.
Get btnx and btnx-config deb packages.

#sudo mkdir /etc/btnx
Install btnx and btnx-config.
#sudo btnx-config
Click “detect mouse & buttons”.
Follow the guide, and detect all of buttons your mouse have.
Assignment Orchis launcher.
This example I set Orchis launcher as Button7.
“Buttons” Tab -> Property; Button7 -> Event type -> Command execution
Execute command -> /usr/bin/apwal
Process UID -> 1000 (You can check your Process UID with this command, # id).
“Configuration” Tab -> Restart btnx

PCLinuxOS update
PCLinuxOS doesn’t have update-manager.
login as root
konsole
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
PCLinuxOS ; graphic driver install (NVIDIA)
Search what driver is needed for your video card.
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
For example, my video card needs NVIDIA-Linux-x86-169.12. etc.
Search the similar name driver on Synaptic.
For example, nvidia_169.xx.
Install it, and reboot.
Now you can enjoy 3D desktop effects.
