Get otf packages for LaTeX.

Windows -> Use preset Meadow

Ubuntu -> Use synaptic and install some otf packages.

Make custom.map

How to do with dvipdfmx
Put custom.map, KozMinPr6N-Regular.otf and KozGoPr6N-Medium.otf into where the tex file is.
$ platex ***.tex
$ dvipdfmx -f custom.map ***.dvi
(*** means the filename)
